Room Change Request Form

Transfer requests will be processed according to the date your original housing agreement was received by the Office of Residential Life. You will retain your current residence hall assignment until a transfer can be granted. We will try to accommodate as many requests as possible but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any current assignments.

ALL TRANSFERS, ONCE GRANTED, ARE FINAL. If you no longer wish to be transferred, please notify our office before the transfer is granted. We will continue to make every effort to accommodate the request if we do not receive a request cancellation and one granted all transfers are final.

Because of the number of transfer requests and limited space, the Office of Residential Life is limiting the number of transfers for each student to one transfer per semester.

Submit only one request.  IF MULTIPLE REQUESTS ARE RECEIVED, WE WILL IGNORE ALL BUT THE MOST RECENT REQUEST.
